If you’re looking for a reason to change your eating habits, then a new Anthem promotion might be worth sinking your teeth into. True Colors is a six-week challenge for those covered by the State Employee Health Benefit to eat more servings and varieties of fruits and vegetables every day.
The goal is to eat at least two cups of fruit and two and a half cups of vegetables and drink at least six cups of water each day. Each week, a new food color is featured — giving you the chance to explore new foods and learn about their health benefits.
True Colors starts on Oct. 5 and runs through Nov. 15. You can follow along with the program and track your servings online. Anyone who successfully completes the program will be entered for a chance to win a fruit-infuser water bottle. Of course, the biggest prize is better health, so we hope you take part.
You can find much more information on the program on this flyer.
