The open enrollment period for workers covered by the State Employee Health Benefit is coming soon — from Nov. 9 through Nov. 23.
This is the time to act if you want to add or remove eligible dependents; elect, change or waive benefits for 2016; or contribute to a medical or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) for 2016.
If you need to take any of those actions listed above, you’ll need to fill out an open enrollment form and return it to your human resources representative on or before Nov. 23. You can find that form here: http://das.nh.gov/hr/benefits_open_enrollment.html.
If you’re keeping the same benefits and don’t want an FSA in 2016, you don’t need to do anything. If you have any questions about the process, you’re encouraged to contact your HR representative.
