What Would You Ask the Gubernatorial Candidates?
If you could ask one question of the Democratic gubernatorial candidates, what would it be? We’re looking for members to submit questions for use during the SEA/SEIU Local 1984 Democratic Gubernatorial Forum on June 20 at NHTI in Concord.
Candidates Colin Van Ostern, Mark Connolly and Steve Marchand will be there, and we hope you will be, too (continue reading for ticketing info). The gubernatorial race is the one that will have the largest impact on SEA/SEIU Local 1984 members, regardless of where you work. You can submit questions that relate to the state at large, but we’re really looking for you to submit questions about policy that will directly impact you. It could be about retiree health care or pensions, the opioid epidemic or mental health crisis, funding for colleges or the state budget in general. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Please send your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Forum Question. We’ll work to make sure we get to all questions at the forum.
Have You Reserved Your Ticket Yet?
