GOP Gubernatorial Forum Tonight

Tickets Are Still Available

Building on the success of our first Gubernatorial Forum, SEA/SEIU Local 1984 is hosting the second of two gubernatorial forums tonight, Monday, July 18, from 6-8 p.m. at the DHHS Brown Building, 129 Pleasant St., Concord.  Executive Councilor Chris Sununu and Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas are confirmed as participants. Sen. Jeanie Forrester and Rep. Frank Edelblut have also been invited to participate.

This will be an excellent opportunity for members to interact with candidates face to face, and help you make an informed decision when you head to the polls for the primary in September and the general election in November. Remember, the next governor will be responsible for presenting a budget which will fund agencies, employment contracts, and retirees’ healthcare and protect our pensions.

Tickets are still available, and to get yours, you can stop by the SEA/SEIU Local 1984 office by 4 p.m. today or contact Laurie Gordon at lgordon@seiu1984.org or 271-3411, ext. 101.

Directions to the Brown Building can be found here. You can access parking information here.
