2011 Operation Santa Claus Sponsor

Please complete this form to "sponsor" children this holiday season.

We ask sponsors to spend a minimum of $60 per child and purchase a minimum of two gifts per child. Packages must be delivered to a distribution point by December 2, 2011.

Once we are able to "match" you with a child (or children) in the program, we will mail you a case sheet with information about each child and suggestions regarding appropriate gifts.
