Chapter Leadership Guide

Chapters are much more than a monthly meeting, or a place to vote on something. Chapters are the infrastructure of our union – the stronger our chapters are, the stronger we all are as a union. The strength of our union is not based on a few elected leaders or a group of staff people. The strength of our union is directly based on the involvement of the members, and that involvement is born in the chapters.
