Members from Chapter 44 were awarded the Chapter of the Year award. Their commitment to creating a union culture at their worksite demonstrated the ideals of unionism: they resurrected their labor management committee which now meets regularly; created an employee survey for members’ feedback; and are remarkably organized with the meeting minutes and agenda. Congrats to Chapter 44!
